Yes. It is a a very shady company. I relocated to B.C from Alberta. Yes, not only are the owners and the Manager Danelle Leet thugs but the whole operation was also a horror story. They've had my vehicle since Feb 5 and can't provide me with an address for where it is. I actually had to get the police involved as they've hung up on me many times, swore at me. They operate under several business names including, 'Mike's haulers,' and several others. I have emails of this owner telling me that he doesn't care that he has an F rating on the better business bureau. Theres also a complaint against them with the ministry for consumer protection. I found websites about the this company where they've taken people's deposits and not done the service.. They were supposed to deliver my car to B.C but the police in Ontario advised me to do cash on delivery for the rest of the trip. They were giving me a heard time about using a credit card to pay for the service. I paid them 1600 and told them that they police advised me to do the rest on cash on delivery. They've left my car somewhere in Alberta (so they say) and wont' tell me where my car is. I called the two truck company where they said they were leaving my car and the person who answered said they've never heard of Mike's haulers. SO I don't have my Jeep. DO NOT use this company Look them up on BBB, call consumer protection agency . And there are complaints on fb about these guys and other websites. They are hard to track because they change their business name all the time.

My experience with MSJ Moving & Auto Transport was a horror story. I went to pick up my vehicle and was surprised to find it damaged in three areas. They took responsibility for 2 damaged areas but still will not acknowledge that they damaged the front. My vehicle was delivered to them in good repair and had no damage to the front. On top of all this, they do not conduct vehicle inspection in your presence. They said an inspection was done before my vehicle was loaded and I was not even there. Up to this moment, they cannot produce that report for me to view; so shady.The owner and manager are very rude and so are the employees. At the end of this experience, I am left to pay out of pocket to fix something I never did and so take this as a warning to stay away from this place. This was a costly lesson learnt. Stay away!
